We all know Akshay Kumar as a brilliant actor but not many of us are aware of the fact that he is also a shrewd investor and what is better place to invest money other than property.
Yes, that’s right! The Khiladi Kumar of Bollywood is also known for his love for buying properties other than churning out 3-4 movies every year.
As per the sources, Akshay has purchased 4 flats in a luxurious 38-storey building Transcon Triumph that is situated in the Andheri (West). It won’t be wrong to say that the “Padman” star has bought the entire floor as all the four flats are at the 21st floor and each flat measures 2,200 sq ft in covered area.
The price of all the four flats is Rs. 18 crore, i.e., Rs. 4.5 crore for each flat. The facilities that are being provided by the Transcon Developers in their luxury project are swimming pool, infinity deck, barbeque corner, fitness centre, children’s arena, multipurpose court and jogging track. The flats in this building range from Rs. 3.5 crore to Rs. 10 crore.
Presently, Akshay lives in a sea-facing duplex apartment in Juhu with his family. Other than this, he owns a duplex in Bandra, a flat in Lokhandwala and many other properties both in India and foreign countries.
However, no statement has been made in this regard by the actor or the developers.
