Everybody have been waiting for the sizzling pair of SRK-Kajol to return and re-ignite the fire on screen. For the last few months speculations have been doing round that they may come together for Rohit Shetty’s “Dilwale”.
But finally on (14 March) the birthday of the director Rohit Shetty, all the speculations came to rest as he announced about his ambitious movie plan “Dilwale” which will star the charming and witty couple Shahrukh Khan and Kajol. “So much has been said regarding the casting of this film, and about many films that I’m not even making, so Shah Rukh and I decided that I should put it out there officially,” said the director of Golmaal series, Rohit Shetty.
The film is set to for a grand Christmas release, the couple who were seen together last in My Name is Khan is set to work together. The film will action packed but is not categorized under any single plot, a typical Bollywood Masala is what we are expecting. The film will also star Kirti Sanon and Varun Dhawan, whose shooting is about to commence from March 20.
Rohit adds, “Varun is a fabulous actor, and he has already proved his versatility in the films he has done so far. As for Kriti, I have seen Heropanti (2014), and she is quite confident as an actor. Plus, it’s a fresh pair, so I’m looking forward to working with them.”
We all are waiting to just see how they sizzle the screen and makes our heart go zip zap zoom.
