September 18th was a very sad day for all of us Indians due to the loss of our brave soldiers. Indeed it was depressing to hear about the attack of Uri that killed 17 courageous Indian army men.
As civilians we tend to forget what it is that keeps us safeguarded in this country? Why don’t we have to do all the hard work and protect our families? What gives us the confidence to move out freely?
This is because we have our soldiers alert at the boundaries. Why do we keep forgetting that even they have families to look after, families that need them as much we need ours.

How would you feel if you’re unable to be there for your loved one’s in their times of difficulty? Terrible, right? Our soldiers sacrifice all of this to be loyal towards their country and it’s people defining the true meaning of patriotism.
