There is no denying the fact that Shah Rukh Khan is the King of Romance and he may not be having a good time at the box-office at the moment but there was a phase when he was the king of box-office as well.
Shah Rukh started his Bollywood career in a quite unusual way by taking up roles which were anti-hero. In an era when every actor was trying to portray himself as a romantic or action hero, doing anti-hero roles could have been proved harmful for his career.
However, Shah Rukh Khan was praised a lot for his roles in “Baazigar” and “Darr” and recently, Salman talked about the connection between him and SRK’s movie “Darr”.
Recently, Ajay Devgn and Kajol attended the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of the reality show Bigg Boss 13 for promoting their movie “Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior”.
While talking to them, the host of the show Salman Khan recalled the time when he had a crush on a girl named Kiran and he jokingly said that he told Shah Rukh about it and he made a movie on it.
In “Darr”, Shah Rukh played the character of an obsessed lover who was madly in love with a girl named Kiran, the character which was played by Juhi Chawla while Sunny Deol played Juhi’s love interest. It was one of the biggest hits of its time and a memorable movie for SRK’s fans.
