Sonu Sood’s 23 Years Old Mumbai Local Train Pass Of Rs 420 Is Getting Viral, Sonu Reacts

The Bollywood actor Sonu Sood is making headlines nowadays for all the good reasons and the whole nation is constantly appreciating him for the selfless work he is doing. He has emerged as an angel for the migrant workers who got stuck in Mumbai amid the lockdown which has been imposed by the Indian government due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The poor migrant workers have no or very little savings and they need to work and earn daily in order to feed their family but there was no work available during the lockdown because of which they started facing problems. The poor workers wanted to go home but buses and trains were not in operation so they started walking on foot. Sonu Sood found the visuals of poor workers walking on foot very painful and he decided to help them by providing transportation. Sonu and his team got in touch with the Maharashtra government along with other concerned state governments and arranged buses for sending these laborers to Karnataka, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, etc.

Sonu Sood is basically from Punjab and he may be a well-known person now but there was a time when he also used to travel by local trains in Mumbai during his school days. A Twitter user shared an image of Sonu Sood’s 23 years old local train pass which was of Rs. 420 and it covered the distance from Borivali to Churchgate.

This pass was issued in 1997 and Sonu Sood was 24 years old at that time as per the pass. The Twitter user who shared it wrote that the person who has struggled himself can only understand the pain of others.

Sonu Sood also reacted on this tweet with, “Life is a full circle” and we are quite sure that it must have made the “Happy New Year” actor nostalgic.

Not just the common public but the celebrities and politicians are also showering praises on the “Entertainment” actor and recently the chief minister of Punjab, Capt. Amarinder Singh also took to Twitter and admired Moga boy.

He tweeted, “It fills me with immense pride whenever I read about my fellow Punjabis going beyond their call of duty to help those in need & this time it is our Moga boy @SonuSood who has been actively helping migrant workers by arranging for their food & transportation. Good work Sonu!”

Sonu Sood was also quick to respond and he wrote, “Thank you so much for your kind words sir. You have always been an inspiration for me. I promise to make our fellow Punjabis proud”.

Undoubtedly, Sonu Sood is doing a great job and every Indian is proud of him! A grand salute to the real life hero!
