This is what happened when Naseeruddin Shah tried passing some nasty remarks at Rajesh Khanna. According to reports, in an interview, Naseeruddin stated
“It was the 70’s when mediocrity came in Hindi films. That’s when the actor called Rajesh Khanna joined the industry. For all his success, I think Mr Khanna was a very limited actor. In fact, he was a poor actor. Intellectually, he wasn’t the most alert person I have ever met. His taste ruled the industry,”
Now, if he calls Twinkle’s father a ‘Poor actor’, what do you expect her to do? Obviously she slammed him with a tweet. Twinkle tweeted;

Twinkle wasn’t pleased with this statement of Naseeruddin. One tweet of hers was enough to give back a solid answer. Even Karan Johar agreed to Twinkle Khanna and tweeted;

Rajesh Khanna was a superstar of Bollywood in that period and he passed away in the year 2012 due to to Cancer. Among all his films, some exceptionally popular ones included Aap Ki Kasam, Amar Prem, Haathi Mere Saathi, Aradhana and Baharon Ke Sapne. Moreover, he even won the Best Actor award in Filmfare thrice. In the year 2005, Rajesh Khanna was honored with the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award.
