Creativity is certainly a gift that very few people have and once such person is Twitter user Surekha Pillai’s mother who created a jasmine garland from tissue paper. Yes, you read that right!
Recently, Surekha Pillai took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and shared the photo of the jasmine garland (malli) created by her mother and she also posted a couple of tweets in which she is seen wearing the jasmine garland in her hair just like the original gajra.
She states that she will wear this garland with all types of dresses and also reveals that her mother worked diligently for making this malli despite the fact that she is suffering from joint pains and aches. Surekha also says that this strand of malli smells lovelier than all the flowers that her hair has seen.

Soon Twitter users started expressing their opinion on the jasmine garland made of tissue paper. While many felt as if Surekha’s mother has brought the flowers alive, some people appreciated her talent and said that the gajra looks absolutely real and they would not have believed that it’s made of tissue paper if Surekha had not disclosed it.

The best thing about this malli is that it will last forever and Surekha will be able to wear whenever she wants.
Can you also make such beautiful things with an inanimate object?
