Healthy food & regular workout:

Esbeidy doesn’t like to go on a diet so she focused on eating healthy food and working out regularly and the results are just awesome.

It’s hard to tighten loose skin:

In her words,

“I’ve never really focused much on upper body, mostly lower body workouts but I’m glad I’m seeing results. So hard to tighten loose skin but glad that I’m getting there slowly. And although I shouldn’t let a number on a scale determine my hard work and happiness, I’m so excited to reach my goal.”

Esbeidy admits, “I always have had low self-esteem due to my weight and appearance” but now after reducing her weight to 65 kgs from 101 kgs, she says,

“Being the socially awkward/lame person that I am, I’m internally screaming because I’m a few pounds down from last time I weighed myself. I’ve never been this darn happy.”

As far as her work-out schedule is concerned, she says,

“I still don’t know how I’m still alive from working out twice a day (if work doesn’t get in the way), waking up at 5 a.m. to go to the gym, be at school at 8 a.m. and then go to work until 11 p.m. But I have goals to reach.”

There is no doubt that her will-power has played a very important role in her transformation and we really hope that after knowing about her, many people will get the inspiration to lose weight and become fit. We are not fat-shaming anyone but our main focus is to promote fitness and health.
