No doubt, IPL has been one of the best marketing platforms for all brands. It indeed gives a great opportunity to all biggies to build their brands and enjoy all the deserved publicity.
However, people don’t remember all the brands that they see in IPL. Most of the are busy in matches; but luckily there are a few brands who successfully make their presence felt.
Just like last year, this year too, Jio has topped the ‘Brand recall’ charts. GroupM and Kantar Analytics conducted many surveys & came out with results that Jio is the most recalled brand this IPL.
During the 1st week of IPL, Vivo, the main sponsor, was leading the list but soon Jio overtook it. The brand used several ways to remain in the limelight. Its IPL ad featured Deepika Padukone which was again a plus. Not only that, it even signed sponsorship deal with all the franchises.
