According to reports, 39 trains which depart from Indore will be serving the travellers with foot and head massage services and that too in a fee of as less as Rs 100.
Reportedly, it was a proposal from the Ratlam division of Western Railway zone. According to an official’s information to a leading daily, it will be first time that such services will be provided to passengers in trains. The department expects additional revenue of Rs 20 lakh annually and an estimated increase of Rs 90 lakh per year through the additional sale of tickets from about 20,000 passengers who will be the service providers.
Now that’s a really great scheme, we must say and will help the Indian Railways gain the loyalty of a lot of Indians.
