The popular comedy show, The Great Indian Kapil Show made a grand return with its second season on Netflix last week, and it’s already causing a stir. The latest episode which was aired last Saturday featured the cast of “Devara: Part 1” – Saif Ali Khan, Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor on its lively, airport-themed set. The actors enjoyed playful conversations, offering insights into their careers and personal experiences.
The actor Saif Ali Khan candidly discussed his early career path, admitting that cricket wasn’t the best fit for him mentally. He shared that he used to hear from people that he got his cricketing ability from his mother’s family, Tagore family and he didn’t have the mental focus that was needed for cricket. He added that he is happy that he chose the right profession and he is enjoying it.
Similarly, Jr NTR reflected on his journey as an actor, stating that it was his dream to be in front of the camera. Jr NTR said that he debuted in acting at the age of 17 and acting was always his goal because of which he never considered other career options. He added that meeting new people and exchanging talents has been a fulfilling part of this journey and when audiences appreciate his work, it brings immense satisfaction. He concludes the answer by saying that he is happy with his decision to pursue acting.
Devara: Part 1 which released on September 27 has opened to mixed reviews but is performing exceptionally well at the box office, surpassing Rs 300 crore globally. This success highlights the rising demand for content-driven films that resonate with today’s audiences.
