An eatery in Bengaluru which claims to make the most high-tech dosa is making the headlines on social media for all the wrong reasons. A video is going viral in which the chef is seen washing the big tawa by sprinkling water on it and then he uses a broom for cleaning. The use of broom hasn’t gone well with many people as it is not supposed to be used in the making of food items but what has made people more worried is the excessive use of oil while making dosa.
