Bihar Students Openly Cheat During Biology Exams, Play Bhojpuri Songs On TV & Dance

Bihar is one of the most backward states of the country and one of the biggest reasons responsible for this condition of the state is government’s inefficiency. Bihar was famous for jungle raj and nobody was afraid of the law enforcement agencies and it seems that things are still the same in the present scenario as well.

A video is going viral on the Internet which is explaining the current condition of education in Bihar. The video is from a class room in which students are giving class 11 biology examination without an invigilator. The students are openly cheating using mobile phones and chits inside the closed class room and some of them are also watching, enjoying and dancing on Bhojpuri songs of famous artist Pawan Kumar on the television which was installed for the purpose of smart classes.

This incident took place in Bowrisarai village in Islampur block of the Nalanda district which is the home constituency of the Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The video was shared by a journalist with the caption, एक ओर कक्षा में बायोलॉजी की परीक्षा चल रही है और दूसरी ओर टीवी पर पवन सिंह के गाने। यह हाल बिहार के CM नीतीश कुमार के ज़िले के हैं।” (On one hand, the Biology examination is going on and on the other, Pawan Singh’s songs are being played on television, this is the condition of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s district.)

After the video went viral, it was noticed by the District Education Officer Keshav Prasad and the education officer of Islampur district has been given the responsibility of investigating the matter.
