Recently, singer Kumar Sanu revealed an interesting incident regarding the song as he said that Pancham da (RD Burman’s nickname) came inside the singing room and told him that the word, “jaise” is used many times in this song and he wants Kumar Sanu to sing it differently each time. R D Burman stated that if Kumar Sanu is able to sing the word “jaise” differently each time, then the song is a hit.

Sanu added that he worked very hard to sing word “jaise” in a different manner each time and the song was a big hit. He further praised RD Burman for his vision and creativity as he knew how a song can be made a hit.

Kumar Sanu made a surprising revelation when he said that after the recording, R D Burman came into the recording room, hugged and kissed him and then he started abusing the playback singer.
