The husband-wife duo from Uttar Pradesh, Alok Maurya and Jyoti Maurya are making headlines for all the wrong reasons and if you are not aware of this case, then let us tell you in detail.

Alok, a grade four employee, got married to Jyoti in the year 2013 and after marriage, Jyoti made Alok aware of her desire to study and do something in life. Alok Maurya worked very hard in order to ensure that his wife could continue her studies and he also got her admitted in a reputed coaching institute of Prayagraj.

In 2015, Jyoti not only got a job but she also gave birth to twin babies, her hard work paid off and in 2016, she became Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

However, things turned ugly for Alok Maurya in 2020 as many reports state that Jyoti met District Commandant Home Guard, Ghaziabad and they both not only became very friendly but Jyoti also got into an extra-marital affair with that person.

When Alok found out about his wife’s extra-marital affair and questioned her, she started threatening him and even filed a dowry case against him, alleging that he is demanding dowry worth Rs. 50 lakhs.

If we talk about the current scenario, Aok Maurya is out on bail but he is getting threatening calls for divorcing his wife. He is jobless and running from one corner to another demanding justice for himself.
