The ongoing verbal clash between actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut and Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) spokesperson Saurav Das has intensified, with both continuing to trade sharp remarks in public.
Speaking to news agency, Saurav Das responded to Kangana Ranaut’s earlier comments and accused her of spreading incorrect information about him. He clarified that he is 27 years old, not 28, adding that he is a journalist, not an active student. Describing himself as a “student of life”, Saurav Das said everyone should continue learning throughout life, regardless of age or profession.

Generalising his remarks, he suggested that people gain wisdom only by remaining open to learning and added that Kangana Ranaut should also adopt that mindset.
The dispute began after the CJP staged a protest in New Delhi. Since then, both have repeatedly targeted each other through interviews and social media posts.
Earlier, Kangana Ranaut had shared a lengthy post on Instagram, questioning Saurav Das’ claim of being a student. She also highlighted her own achievements, saying she had already won two National Awards by the time she was his age. She pointed out that although she has been in politics for the past two years, she has spent over 20 years in public life while balancing multiple roles as a filmmaker, actor, producer, screenwriter and entrepreneur.

In the same post, Kangana Ranaut criticised Saurav Das, saying that he would not understand the demands of a successful public career. She also urged him to learn a skill, making several personal remarks about his professional life.
Saurav Das later dismissed Kangana Ranaut’s criticism, saying she is not taken seriously by many people, including her own party. He claimed that audiences from Gen Z and Gen Alpha do not pay much attention to her opinions.
Adding another twist to the ongoing feud, Saurav Das also joked that Kangana is “after his life” because he resembles young Hrithik Roshan, further fueling the public exchange between the two.
The back-and-forth between Kangana Ranaut and Saurav Das continues to grab attention, with both refusing to back down as their war of words plays out in the public eye.
