It all started with a calm holiday post, but within hours, it turned into one of Bollywood’s most talked-about rumours. Kartik Aaryan recently shared a relaxed picture from his Goa vacation and while it seemed like a simple break from work, social media quickly began reading between the lines.
Soon after Kartik Aaryan’s post went live, Reddit users noticed that a woman named Karina Kubiliute, said to be from Greece, had also shared pictures from what appeared to be the same location. Internet users began closely comparing the photos, pointing out similarities like the beach beds, the view of the sea and even towel patterns. This sparked speculation that Kartik Aaryan might be vacationing with her, leading to widespread chatter about a possible relationship.
As the discussion grew louder, Karina eventually responded to the buzz. Reacting to a comment under one of the posts, she made it clear that she is not Kartik Aaryan’s girlfriend. Her response was casual but firm, shutting down the rumours and asking people to stop making assumptions. The comment quickly circulated online, becoming part of the ongoing conversation.
Despite this clarification, social media continued to dissect the situation. Some users even claimed that Kartik Aaryan had followed Karina on social media before the posts gained attention, though these claims remain unverified. It’s important to note that none of the online theories or comparisons has been officially confirmed and much of the speculation is based purely on visual similarities and assumptions made by users.
While the Internet debates his personal life, Kartik Aaryan remains focused on his career. He was last seen in Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, where he starred opposite Ananya Panday. The romantic drama, directed by Sameer Vidwans, received a mixed response at the box office. The film was backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions along with other producers and featured a strong supporting cast including Neena Gupta, Jackie Shroff and Tiku Talsania.
The story followed two strangers who meet during a vacation, move in together and slowly fall in love before facing unexpected complications. The film had its international theatrical release around Christmas 2025.
