In Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar, a student was beaten up by a group of men who are allegedly BJP workers and members of the Bajrang Dal for raising questions and critiquing the BJP government over the job crisis that is prevalent in India.

The youth had criticized Modi and the government for the high unemployment rate and the lack of jobs on a news channel. The man who is named Adnan was at a park when he was approached by a journalist.

When Adnan began speaking on the high rates of unemployment in the country, men belonging to the aforementioned groups pounced on him and began hitting him.

In the video, the men can be seen thrashing and attacking Adnan, and they can be heard calling him a “terrorist.” AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that the BJP government is unable to hide its track record as far as employment is concerned and thus is resorting to antics like calling people “terrorist” for questioning the government.

This incident comes a couple of days after two innocent Kashmiri dry fruit vendors were beaten up by saffron clad men belonging to a fringe group simply because of their origins.

On a different note, the unemployment rate in India has been the highest in the last 40 years and the Modi government has yet to break its silence on the matter.
