The two-time US President Barack Obama is all set to make way for the new President in the month of January next year. Before completing his term as the President of the United States, Obama has planned about his new house. Once the term is over they will move into a $ 6 million (approx 40 crores ) mansion in the upscale Kalorama neighborhood of Washington which is barely 3 kilometers from the White House. Obama and his family will remain in Washington until his daughter completes her high school in 2018.
This mansion is an 8,200 square foot , nine-bedroom lavish home with spacious rooms, formal gardens, hardwood floors and white marble countertops. This house doesn’t come cheap and the estimated rent of this is around $22,000 (15 Lakh).
