There is no denying the fact that staying in five star hotels is very expensive and only ultra-rich can afford it. These five star hotels charge a hefty amount for the food items that they serve to their guests despite the fact that these products are very cheap if they are bought from outside; however, nobody complains about it.
However, now it seems that one Bollywood celebrity has decided to speak against the pricing policy of these hotels.
We are talking about the renowned actor Rahul Bose who has posted a video on the micro-blogging site Twitter in which he has given a tour of his luxury suite of a five star hotel JW Marriott Chandigarh in which he is staying but the main point that he is talking about is the price of two bananas there.
In the video, Rahul tells that he is shooting in Chandigarh and staying in a beautiful suite of JW Marriott. He further stated that he was working out in gym and ordered two bananas for which he had been charged Rs 442.
I mean seriously?
Here is the video that Rahul posted with caption, “You have to see this to believe it. Who said fruit wasn’t harmful to your existence? Ask the wonderful folks at @JWMarriottChd #goingbananas #howtogetfitandgobroke #potassiumforkings”

You give 2 bananas as asked but produce bill for a platter! At least give the man a goddamn banana platter!!— Neha Singh Chouhan (@nehasinghajmer) July 24, 2019

However, some Twitterati also pointed out that JW Marriott is a 5-star hotel and such prices are not surprising for luxury hotels like this.
