But, now we hear that Sunny Leone has found herself in a legal trouble for sharing the photo of the girl child on social media while the case was in pre adoption stage. It is against the law to share the photo of a child publicly before the process of adoption gets officially completed.

Sunny Leone and her husband are in the legal problem now for offending the law.

Along with Sunny and husband, even the Central Adoption Resource Authority(CARA) has come in trouble because they also shared the picture of 21-month-old girl child on Twitter and that too with unpleasant words. As per reports, CARA is being accused of violating the Juvenile Justice Act.

In the tweet that’s deleted now, they had said-

“Without looking at colour, background and health status, Sunny Leone happily took the child in adoption. We respect that they didn’t try to bend the rules and stood in the queue like all the other parents.”

According to a report in DNA, the Star Child Protection Committee has taken offence against CARA for sharing the picture of the girl on social media and for commenting on the child’s skin colour and appearance. A complaint has been filed with the National Commission for Protection of Child’s Rights and Ministry of Child and Women Development.

Union Minister for Women and Child Development, Maneka Gandhi has also instructed to take necessary action against the officer who violated the JJ Act.
