There is no doubt that Chinese audience is impressed with Aamir Khan because of his performances in “Dangal” and “PK” and as a result, “Secret Superstar” has got a bigger opening than “Dangal” in China.

It was Dangal’s earnings in China only which made it India’s highest grossing movie worldwide as it earned almost Rs. 2,000 crore.

“Secret Superstar” has followed Dangal’s footsteps; it was number one at the Chinese BO and collected a huge amount of $6.79 million (₹ 43.35 crore) on its opening day. This news has been confirmed by trade analyst Taran Adarsh.
