Saiyaara, Mohit Suri’s sweeping romantic drama, has emerged as one of the most talked-about cinematic successes of the year. Blending heartfelt emotion with captivating performances, it tells a story that has resonated deeply with audiences in India and abroad. With an ensemble cast led by debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, supported by Alam Khan, Sid Makkar, Shaan Groverr, Rajesh Kumar and Varun Badola, the film has crossed ₹500 crore worldwide, including over ₹300 crore in India, securing its place among modern blockbusters.
Riding on this wave of success, Ahaan and Aneet were recently spotted together in Mumbai for the first time since the film’s release. The pair, who had just returned from a short celebratory trip to Singapore, was seen leaving the Dior showroom in a city mall. Both wore face masks, seemingly aiming for discretion, yet still turned heads. Ahaan appeared effortlessly stylish in a black jacket and light blue jeans, while Aneet looked chic in a sky-blue shirt with denim.
The real spark of the outing came from a brief but charming interaction. As they stepped out, Ahaan subtly extended his arm toward Aneet, an unspoken invitation for her to take it. Aneet, aware of the cameras and public attention, declined with a gentle smile. The moment, caught on video, quickly went viral, prompting fans to flood social media with speculation about the nature of their relationship. Some insisted they were dating, while others simply hoped to see them together on screen again, praising their palpable chemistry.

Reflecting on the film’s making, Mohit Suri recently revealed that his confidence in Saiyaara was cemented during the shooting of a poignant piano scene. In the moment, the female lead says something quietly, the male lead responds with a tender forehead kiss and then he begins to leave. Mohit Suri recalled stepping away from the set and telling creative producer Sumana that he knew he was creating a very special film.
With Saiyaara still going strong at the box office and fan enthusiasm showing no signs of waning, anticipation is building for the next project that will reunite Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda on the big screen.
