Ali Asgar is one of the finest actors of Indian television industry and has been entertaining us for many years now. He is capable of imitating some known and famous personalities and has acquired fame as a comedian.
Ali hosted the 17th Indian Television Academy Awards along with Manish Paul and this lethal pair made everyone go ROFL many times during the event with their wonderful jokes and skits.
Many actors such as Nakuul Mehta, Rohan Mehra, Avika Gor, Vivian Dsena, Arjun Bijlani, Rubi Dubey, Surbhi Chandna, Mansi Srivastava, Kanchi Singh, Mouni Roy, Jennifer Winget, Rubina Dilaik and Shrenu Parikh attended the event along with the producer Ekta Kapoor who is also known as the TV Queen and has launched a number of actors.
During the event, Ali was once seen entering the stage dressed up as Ekta Kapoor. He imitated her and introduced himself as “Ek-Thi Kapoor” which gave audiences a laugh riot.
The good thing was that Ekta also took it very sportingly and told Ali,
“You should be glad that you are in Anu Malik’s show. Had you been on my show, you’d have been replaced by now.”
Ekta also added that she loves Ali and then laughed.
