Gathbandhan, which is the latest big thing on Colours, brings to light two new faces – Abrar Qazi and Shruti Sharma.
While you may have seen Abrar on the big screen in Laila Majnu, this is Shruti’s debut. And we couldn’t be more excited!
Shruti’s claim to fame was India’s Next Superstars, where she bagged the Special Mention award.
The show, which had been judged by Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty was intended to give ambitious young girls and boys from outside the film industry an opportunity to fulfil their Bollywood dreams.
In Gathbandhan, we see Shruti in a very serious avatar as an IPS police officer. But in real life, she’s just a bubbly, cute girl next door!
Of course, that is why guys across the country are going crazy for her!
She is quite active on Instagram, and keeps sharing bits of her real life on social media. Shruti is quite the fashionista, and likes experimenting with fashion choices.
