It is rightly said that teachers lay the foundation of a nation by shaping young minds that are the future and contribute to the country’s development in a positive manner. We all have a teacher in our lives who leaves such an impression and amazing example that we are not able to forget for a lifetime.
One such inspirational story has been depicted in this brilliant short film featuring Sourabh Raaj Jain, the legendary actor whom we have seen playing Lord Krishna and Lord Shiva in popular TV shows like ‘Mahabharata’. The video shows Sourabh Raaj as a student who gets to meet his teacher, the character played by Pankaj Berry after a long time. During the conversation, Sourabh reminds Pankaj of an incident which took place in his childhood when Pankaj was his teacher and depicts how that incident changed his life forever.
Sourabh expresses his sense of surprise when his teacher apologizes repeatedly for not being able to remember him. When Sourabh asks his teacher how he apologizes so easily, the teacher responds by saying that one has to apologize if he has done something wrong. It was then that Sourabh tells him what happened in childhood that brought a major change in his life and also regrets for not apologizing to the teacher and his classmate. Then the teacher said something which left Sourabh with countless notions and at the same time, it increased respect for the teacher manifold in his heart.
