US Families Crazy For Ghoomar. Booked Whole Theatre, Dressed Up As Padmavati & Danced On It

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Padmaavat” has been performing great at the box-office, both domestic and international. The movie entered Rs. 100 crore club in just 4 days after its release and the complete team of “Padmaavat” is in celebration mode.

However, the makers and the team of the movie have suffered a lot before enjoying these good days and one main point on which the protestors were objecting was about the song “Ghoomar”.

You will be surprised to know that “Ghoomar” has been such a great hit with the Indians living abroad, especially America, that families from San Francisco Bay Area booked a complete show in a theatre. All the ladies were dressed as Padmavati and they all danced together on the track in the cinema hall.

Trade analyst Komal Nahta tweeted, “San Francisco Bay Area families bought a whole show of the movie theater (in Sunnyvale, California) to see Padmaavat and there was a dress code – “Every one should dress like Padmavati.” And before the show there was this dancing.”
