As we all are aware of Katrina Kaif wasn’t the first choice of the film. Priyanka Chopra was all set to play the leading lady in Bharat. Priyanka stepped out of the movie cause of her marriage with Nick Jonas. Salman Khan wasn’t pleased about the fact Priyanka left the movie just five days prior to the movie was about to go on the floors.
Salman Khan didn’t leave a chance of taking a dig at Priyanka for walking out of the movie while the promotions of Bharat. Priyanka didn’t respond it all the while but finally the global icon has responded and said why she preferred The Sky is Pink over Bharat?
Priyanka Chopra recently wrapped up the movie The Sky is Pink and a video of her went viral on social media where she said why she choose to play a mom rather than taking up Salman’s song and dance venture.
The Quantico actress said everyone questions my judgment – why not this tent-pole, potboiler, song and dance film and why am I playing a mother. Priyanka also said she chose The Sky Is Pink because of director of filmmaker Shonali Bose and her vision.
